What’s included with a VIP ticket?
VIP tickets include full access to the event, exclusive AI demos, reserved seating, and other special features accessible from the confirmation email or the access pass’ QR code or NFC chip provided on the day of the event. This special menu selection offers different additional options, primarily to provide personal suggestions during the interactive portions of the event.
How can I attend the event virtually?
Currently, the seminar is an in-person event. However, we are exploring virtual options for future events. Stay tuned for updates!
What is the refund policy?
All ticket purchases are final. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us prior to the event.
Where will the proceeds from ticket sales be allocated?
The proceeds from ticket sales will be used to cover event expenses, including the venue, Interactive AI stations, light snacks, and refreshments. While the event is designed to break even, it is highly unlikely to turn a profit. In the event of any surplus, the proceeds will be donated to sponsorascholar.ca
