1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the age:AI website (the “Service”), a property of Mind Model AI Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Services Offered

The Service provides information and facilitates the purchase of educational and business training seminars related to Artificial Intelligence, including bi-yearly public seminars, customized private seminars, and one-on-one sessions.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Mind Model AI Inc. and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

4. Sales and Payment Terms

A. Pricing and Availability
All prices for seminars, training, and other products are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of tickets or services purchased per person.

B. Payment Processing

All financial transactions for purchases made through the Service are processed by a secure, third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store or have direct access to your credit card information. You agree to abide by Stripe’s terms and conditions.

C. Refund and Transfer Policy

All ticket and seminar purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. However, if you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us prior to the event date.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all of its original content, features, and functionality (including, but not limited to, all information, text, displays, images, video, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Mind Model AI Inc., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Restriction: The seminar content, slides, presentations, and any materials provided in conjunction with the seminars are for your personal, non-commercial educational use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or displayed without our express prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable Canadian, provincial, or local law or regulation.

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.

  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Mind Model AI Inc. or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mind Model AI Inc. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Service or from any information, content, or materials included on or otherwise made available to you through this Service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

You expressly agree that Mind Model AI Inc. is not responsible for the success or failure of any business or personal decisions you make relating to any information presented by age:AI or our products or services. You acknowledge that all information and services provided are for educational and informational purposes only.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mind Model AI Inc., its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

A. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

B. Dispute Resolution

Any claim, dispute, or controversy (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, whether pre-existing, present, or future, and including statutory, consumer protection, common law, intentional tort, and equitable claims) between you and Mind Model AI Inc. arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
